Region Partial Visibility
Uniform uses Regions to split objects into different parts. You can use Regions to set up partial visibility, split objects and control the influence of tools.
You can initialize regions per connected component with Region -> Init Region.
You can also use Region -> Draw -> Draw Object to to draw regions manually. Hold down M2 to keep drawing the region under the cursor.
Hold down the Object Region Visibility shortcut to active the partial visibility tool. Tap on a region to isolate it, Draw a line downwards to invert visibility or draw a line upwards to show all.
As explained in the Scene Object and Transform section, the Scene Object also has regions. You can draw the regions of the scene object with the Region -> Draw -> Draw Scene tool. Use the Scene Region Visibility shortcuts to change the visibility of the Scene Nodes and hide/show objects. The tool works the same as the previously discussed version.
